Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of DuckINT (duckint.cc). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them, together with the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy, which are part of these terms. Last updated: 29 October 2026.
1. Who provides the service
DuckINT is operated by Orya Mert Kansız, an individual (“we”, “us”). Contact for anything about these terms, your account, payments or refunds: [email protected]. We answer within three business days.
2. The service
DuckINT is a web-based open-source intelligence (OSINT) search platform. You enter an identifier, such as a username, an email address, a domain, an IP address, a URL, a Discord ID or a cryptocurrency address, and DuckINT queries public sources and third-party data providers and shows their results, each with the source that returned it. The service also includes an investigation board, saved results and exports, a photo metadata analyzer and other tools described on the site. DuckINT does not host breach databases of its own: exposure results come from the providers it queries.
We may change, add or remove features and sources. Sources can be unavailable at any time, because they are run by third parties.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use DuckINT.
- Searching requires an account. Each person may have one free account.
- Keep your access key secret: you are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected] from the address on your account, or by giving your username; we delete it and its saved data within 30 days.
4. Acceptable use
You may use DuckINT only for lawful, legitimate purposes and only as the Acceptable Use Policy allows. In particular you must not use it to harass, stalk, dox or profile private individuals, to access accounts or systems without authorization, or to evade rate limits, quotas or other controls. You are responsible for how you use the results and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
People can ask for their email address, username or Discord ID to be excluded from searches on the removal page, free of charge.
5. Plans, prices and payment
The Free plan includes a daily search allowance. Paid plans are prepaid passes, priced in US dollars on the pricing section of the homepage:
- 5: $5, valid for 30 days from activation, 25 successful searches a day.
- Monthly: $15, valid for 30 days from activation, 100 successful searches a day.
- Yearly: $50, valid for 365 days from activation, unlimited searches a day.
- Pro: $250, valid for 365 days from activation, unlimited searches a day.
- A plan starts when its payment is confirmed and ends by itself when its period is over. Plans do not renew automatically: nothing is charged again unless you pay again. Paying again before a plan ends adds its days to the remaining time.
- Payments are made in cryptocurrency and processed by OxaPay. Card orders placed before we stopped taking cards were processed by our reseller CREEM (creem.io), the merchant of record for those orders, and CREEM's own terms also apply to them. Taxes are added at checkout where the law requires.
- We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects a plan you have already paid for.
6. Refunds and cancellation
- Because plans do not renew, there is no subscription to cancel: a plan simply runs until its end date.
- Write to [email protected] within 14 days of a purchase, with your username and the payment or transaction ID, and we refund it in full if the plan did not activate, if you were charged twice, or if you have not used the plan.
- A plan that has been used is not refundable, except where these terms or the law say otherwise. If we end the service or your plan without a breach on your side, we refund the unused part of the plan.
- Refunds go back through the payment method used; for card orders CREEM, as merchant of record, issues them. Cryptocurrency refunds are sent to an address you give us, in the amount of the original payment's US dollar price.
7. Results and accuracy
Results come from third-party providers and public records. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and a result does not prove who is behind an account or address. DuckINT shows where each result came from so you can check it; verify findings before you rely on them or act on them.
8. Your content and our rights
Boards, notes and saved results you create stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. DuckINT's software, design, name and logo belong to the operator; data from third-party providers remains subject to those providers' terms.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that abuses the service or its providers, or that is used for payment fraud or chargeback abuse. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we tell you why. A plan ended for such a breach is not refunded.
10. Disclaimers and liability
DuckINT is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the basis of results. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For a significant change we notify signed-in users on the site before it takes effect; the date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using DuckINT after a change, the new terms apply; if you do not accept them, you can close your account and ask for a refund of the unused part of a paid plan.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts.
